The city of Fayetteville has become one of the top cities to live in the US over the past few years. This is thanks to the city's devotion to their people, the planet, and profit. There has been a heavy focus on creating a city that is walkable, livable, sustainable, and affordable. To accomplish this numerous programs, developments, and events have been sponsored. Below I break down their devotion in order to find connections between these ideas and document Fayetteville's triple bottom line.

How does Fayetteville apply these ideas in real ways?
There are numerous programs and developments throughout Fayetteville to promote these ideas in order to make it a healthier city that people want to live in. A lot of them start to overlap categories to have a positive effect in multiple ways. Some of these include:
What does this show?
Fayetteville puts a lot of energy towards creating healthy community spaces that encourage education, art, sustainability, and active lifestyles. They use these to stimulate and encourage the growth of the local economy. These opportunities all work together to make Fayetteville the nature and health centered town that it is today. This is what has made it one of the top cities to live in the US, but what opportunities are still slipping through the cracks? The first main thing that comes to my mind is advertising. I had not heard of most of these opportunities until I dove into this research. So, by spreading the word more, it might encourage more people to become involved or even new opportunities that build on the current ones. I think other opportunities lie in encouraging STEM through programs, developments, or events that make it fun to learn about them. I don't know exactly what this would mean, but I think encouraging people of all ages to learn more about or interact with STEM could spur more excitement about education. There are many, many more ways that the triple bottom line in Fayetteville could be improved, but I think these two things would add to the momentum already going.
